At Bonavi we will send your stroller with DPD. We are currently shipping the goods to England, Ireland, Scotland and Whales.
Track / Control my shipment:
After your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking link by mail. There you can follow the DPD package live and always be up to date, where your Bonavi is.
You can also use this link to control your package. Among other things, you can choose a preferred neighbour, place your garage as a storage location, or even place the delivery on your desired day.
I was not home at delivery:
If you are away from DPD delivery, DPD will try again the next day. If you still have not found you, DPD will take the parcel to a DPD parcel shop and notify you by card in the mailbox.
Shipment status is not updating:
If the shipment status of your package has not been up for more than 3 days, please contact our customer support. We will contact DPD as soon as possible to solve the problem.
Taxes and Customs:
For orders from abroad, the taxes are shown in the shopping cart apply. When exporting to Switzerland, of course, we will refund you the VAT paid. Please send us the customs stamped invoice and your bank details to the following e-mail address: email@example.com
What payment methods does Bonavi offer?
Bonavi offers many different payment options:
If paying in advance, please transfer the amount within 7 days . As long as the goods are reserved for you. Please note that the order confirmation is only after receipt of payment. The account details of our payment provider for the advance payment are as follows:

In the event of cancellation or return, the deposited amount will be credited to your account. Please note that this process can take up to 2 weeks after receipt of the return from us.
Credit Card Payment:
Credit card payment is possible by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. The first step in the ordering process is to choose which credit card you would like to pay with and then specify the credit card holder (first name, last name), credit card number, the expiry date of the credit card and the check digit of the card. The check digit is a three- or four-digit number that can be found on the back of your credit card. Your credit card will be charged only after successful order and confirmation.
When the credit card payment method is selected, we use “3D Secure”. The 3D Secure Code is a security service provided by the credit card companies and the banks/savings banks, which offers you additional protection against unauthorized use of your online registered card when shopping online.
As soon as you have registered and created a SecureCode, when you make your online purchase, after entering the map data, an input window opens asking you for your SecureCode / TAN. If you enter your SecureCode / TAN correctly, the system confirms that you are the rightful cardholder and the payment process can continue.
When you pay for 3D Secure for the first time, you will be asked to register for 3D Secure after entering your card details. It opens an input window directly from your card-issuing bank/savings bank, where you can make the registration.
Further information on the topic “3D Secure Code” can be found on the homepage of your bank or bank.
If there is a refund of the purchase price in the context of a complaint, the amount will be credited back to your credit card account. Please note that this process can take up to 2 weeks depending on the bank.
Payment by SOFORT Transfer:
This payment method also allows you to pay the bill. Simply select “ Bank Transfer ” in checkout. After submitting the order, you will eventually be redirected to the SOFORT Transfer Portal, which is similar to your Online Banking Portal. In the following, all you have to do is enter your known online banking data (IBAN and BIC). There you can generate the required TAN using a TAN generator and your bank card and enter it in the space provided to confirm the payment.
Cash on Delivery:
When paying by cash, you have to pay for the goods only after they are at your doorstep. The parcel carrier will ring the bell with your parcel and give you an invoice for the order amount, which you can then either pay in cash or by card. So you have the security that you have to pay only when the goods are already with you.
Payment via PayPal:
If you select PayPal in the payment process, you will be redirected to the PayPal site, where you can securely login with your login details and confirm your payment. For this, you can always use the PayPal own buyer protection.
Payment via Amazon Payments:
In the payment process, you also have the option to log in with your usual Amazon account. Simply click on the yellow Amazon button in the checkout. Then you can log in directly at Amazon and pay with your deposited there with us.
