Why is there only one version of the Bonavi 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair?

Bonavi is a well thought-out 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair that has been developed from more than 50 years of experience. We asked ourselves why it is so difficult to find a good 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair. With Bonavi we have found our solution. Bonavi focuses on what really matters. We do without unnecessary extras such as a sunshade that you would have to buy separately and prefer to optimize the product by integrating a removable sunshade.

What is included in the purchase of a Bonavi 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair?

It is important to us that you can go out with your baby soon after they’re born and explore the world. That’s why the Bonavi comes straight to your home with all the basic equipment you need to give you the best start: the chassis, a pram, a pushchair, a safety bar, a mosquito net, a rain cover, a cup holder and a removable sun visor & windscreen. What are the accessories for the Bonavi?

We have developed many great extras that fit perfectly with the Bonavi 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair and are designed to make your everyday life even better and easier. Will the Bonavi fit with my car seat?

With our optional car seat adapters, you can easily remove your seat from the car and attach it to your Bonavi frame with a click. At the moment we offer adapters for many models of the brands Britax, Maxi-Cosi, Recaro, Cybex, Kiddy and Nuna. Your Bonavi is easily converted to a 3-in-1 Pram and Pushchair.

Where is Bonavi made?

The Bonavi was conceived and designed in Germany. It is manufactured in China under the strictest guidelines, regular random checks are of course standard, as is compliance with all European standards with regard to safety and pollutants. This is also guaranteed by our well-known partner, TUV Süd.

What do I do if my Bonavi breaks down?

If your Bonavi has broken, you should first contact our customer service. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will send you the appropriate spare parts, which you can replace yourself. Should the damage be more serious, we will have the Bonavi collected from you and repair it in our specialist workshop. So that you do not have to spend the transitional period without a Pram and Pushchair, we will send you a “rental Pram and Pushchair” so that you remain as unhindered as possible.

What material are the tyres made of and how robust are they?

The Bonavi travels on foam wheels with integrated air chambers. In this way we combine the best of both worlds: the suspension of the pneumatic tyres and the robustness of the foam tyres. Thanks to the foam tyres, your Bonavi is particularly easy to care for, as the tyres do not have to be inflated and are virtually “unflat”.

How big is the Bonavi?

When unfolded, our 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair measures 85 x 57.5 x 89-111 cm.
When folded, it is really compact, measuring 64 x 57.5 x 33 cm.

How heavy is the Bonavi?

The Bonavi is extra light. With a maximum weight (when using the pram) of 12.77 kg, the Bonavi is still relatively light.
The frame as such weighs only 9.45 kg and is therefore easy to transport. The pushchair weighs only 2.55 kg.

Is it complicated to construct the Bonavi?

On the contrary actually – it’s very simple, takes no more than 5 minutes and you don’t need any tools. In the package are detailed instructions, in which you are guided step by step through the construction. If something is unclear, you can of course ask our customer service for help at any time.

Can I just buy the pushchair and the frame?

No, the Bonavi is only available as a 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair set. The set consists of the chassis, a pram, a pushchair, a safety bar, a mosquito net, a rain cover, a cup holder and a removable sun visor & windscreen.

Can the pushchair be brought into a horizontal position?

Since our pushchair consists of two different components that adapt to the ergonomic shape of the back, the seat cannot be brought completely to a horizontal position. But you can lean it back so far that the child can still sleep in it without a sound and with little movement.

Can the Pushchair with pushchair be folded?

Yes, the Pushchair can be folded together with the pushchair to save space.

Are there shipping costs at Bonavi?

For orders sent to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Luxembourg, shipping and returns are completely free of charge – no matter how high the order value is. For shipping to Ireland, Italy, Sweden and Spain, a delivery charge of € 19.99 applies

What is the delivery procedure?

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation. As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so that you can see how far your order is already. On the day of delivery, you will be informed by DPD of a time window in which your Bonavi 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair will be delivered to your front door. If you are not at home, you can also give a parking permit so that a neighbour can take the order.

How long does delivery take?

Usually our Bonavi has a delivery time of 3-5 working days. This delivery time can be extended in exceptional cases, e.g. if your desired article is currently high in demand and therefore sold out. However, you can see the current delivery times of the individual articles directly on the product page before the purchase. Once your Bonavi has been shipped, you will receive an exact delivery date in your shipping confirmation.

How many packages is the Bonavi sent in?

We are currently shipping all orders collected in one shipment to do the environment some good. However, should you require an item from your delivery particularly urgently, please contact our customer service.

Can I also have the Bonavi delivered outside of the United Kingdom?

Yes, we deliver free of charge to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Luxembourg. For a delivery fee of 19,99 € we can also send the Bonavi to Ireland, Italy, Sweden and Spain.

Can I track the package?

After your Bonavi has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to comfortably track your Bonavi from home.

Testing period

Why does Bonavi offer a FREE 30 day testing period?

It takes more time than half an hour in the shop to really get to know and love your Pram and Pushchair. Especially if you are not yet familiar with 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchairs, you will be struck by the large selection. In addition, on even, dry ground in a spacious shop, every Pram and Pushchair works well for a start. However, a Pram and Pushchair has to convince above all in everyday life. Therefore, it is important to us that you take the time to test the Bonavi 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair in your familiar environment. See if it fits in your car boot, how easy it is to take on the bus or train and how you cope with driving it on different surfaces.

How does the test drive work?

The 30-day trial period starts automatically when the Bonavi is delivered to you after purchase. If the Bonavi 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair does not convince you during this time, you can have it picked up again free of charge and we will refund the purchase price as soon as we have received the return.

Do I have to pay before the test drive?

Yes, the test phase begins after payment and delivery of your Bonavi 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair. If you would like to return it within these 30 days, we will of course refund the full purchase price.

What do I do if I want to send the Bonavi back?

If you are not 100% satisfied, we take back the Bonavi without any problems. To do this, you must contact us and inform us of your return request. Please put the Bonavi back in the box it arrived in. We will then arrange a collection order with our forwarding agency and arrange a collection appointment at your home beforehand. Alternatively, you can have us send you a return label. As soon as your Bonavi has arrived back at our warehouse, we will credit you the complete amount again. The entire return transport is free of charge for you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns without registration. This has logistical as well as accounting reasons. Therefore, it is always necessary to notify us of the return in advance.

Payment

Which payment methods can I choose from?

You can pay with us by prepayment, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Sofort-Überweisung, PayPal or Amazon Payments. In addition, you can pay your Bonavi comfortably by cash upon delivery only with the delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer invoice and hire purchase at the moment.

My bill is incorrect, what do I do?

If your invoice contains errors, contact our customer support. They will send you a corrected invoice as soon as possible

Can discounts be combined?

No, discount campaigns cannot be combined with us.

Do the discounts also apply to the purchase of accessories?

Unless explicitly stated in the voucher conditions, our discounts apply exclusively to the purchase of a Bonavi 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair.

How long does the warranty last?

we offer a third additional warranty year in addition to the legal warranty period of two years.

What should I do if my Bonavi is damaged during transport?

If the 2-in-1 Pram and Pushchair has been damaged during transport, please contact our customer service directly. We will do everything to find a quick solution for you.
